Terms of Service
Introduction
Welcome to the Church of Sacred Sacraments. By accessing our sanctuary, resources, or participating in our sacred practices, you agree to be bound by these terms. We operate as a solemn religious organization dedicated to the entheogenic sacraments of psilocybin and DMT, rooted in the Northwest Montana wilderness and protected under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA).
Sacramental Reverence
Participation in ceremony requires a sincere heart and a commitment to spiritual growth. Our sacraments are holy instruments of divine connection. Members and visitors must approach all ceremonies with profound respect for the medicine, the tradition, and the sacred land of Montana that hosts our practice. Guru worship and new age theater have no place in our sanctuary.
Religious Freedom & Legal Protection
The Church of Sacred Sacraments asserts its legal right to utilize entheogenic plants as sacred sacraments under the RFRA. We are committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and reverent space for religious exercise. By engaging with us, you acknowledge our status as a protected entheogenic church and agree to uphold the sanctity and legal integrity of our mission.
Membership & Resources
Access to our library of free resources and referrals to vetted facilitators is provided to assist sincere seekers on their path. We do not charge member fees for spiritual guidance. We reserve the right to refuse ceremony or participation to any individual whose intentions do not align with the solemn and sacred nature of our entheogenic practice.
